1. About Us
This website is operated by Caraventure Ltd (t/a Motorhome Kings), Davy Bank, Wallsend, NE28 6UZ. Registered in England & Wales No. 15479321.

2. Services
We provide caravan and motorhome servicing, repairs, and damp treatment. All bookings are confirmed in writing and subject to workshop availability.

3. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Dojo. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Deposits may be required for parts or insurance jobs before work begins.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may be subject to a charge.

Deposits on special-order parts are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the supplier.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Online booking deposits: A deposit is taken online at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable. If you need to change your date, we’re happy to move your deposit to another available date at no extra cost, provided you contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Deposits are forfeited for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.

5. Warranty & Liability
All work is covered under our workmanship guarantee unless otherwise stated. This does not affect your statutory rights.
