We hit the road in our motorhome yesterday to come up north, first night off grid and we realised our Truma boiler wasn't working as it should. A call into the team at Motorhome Kings to see if they could help with solving the issue and they said that although they were two engineers down, and busy we could pay a visit. We made our way, and after an hour or so the team located the fault and provided a diagnostic report. While we can't get the work done here due to our itinerary it has given us what we need to get the boiler sorted on return home. Very helpful team, really friendly and accommodating. Emma and Marie were so helpful , I had booked my car in for 2 new tyres I got here and they couldn't find my booking , I then looked at my e mail and had realised that it was the wrong day I had booked them in for! They had a quick look to see if my tyres had been delivered , they had and they were ever so helpful to save me coming back they offered to fit them for me in the same time slot. Would well recommend this company. Brilliant and helpful. 5⭐️ review
