Auto-Trail gives you very little time after your service is due
Your Auto-Trail habitation and body warranty depends on an annual service and damp check within Auto-Trail’s service window – and that window allows far less time after your due date than before it. Leave it late and your cover can be at risk. Check your service book for your exact date, or give us a ring and we’ll help you work it out – then book in early.

Annual habitation service
The yearly service your Auto-Trail warranty depends on. We send the checklist, damp report and observations to Auto-Trail so it’s recorded on their warranty system – with your mileage noted, as Auto-Trail requires.
Warranty repairs
If something’s found, we raise the warranty claim with Auto-Trail, get the work authorised and carry out the repair – you don’t have to deal with the factory yourself.
Approved damp checks
Damp testing to the Approved Workshop Scheme standard Auto-Trail recognises: sides, roof, front, back and floor, with proper pin readings written up on your damp report.

Does it matter where I get my Auto-Trail serviced?
Your annual service and damp check must be done on time by a workshop Auto-Trail recognises, and the paperwork has to reach Auto-Trail. As an approved Auto-Trail service centre, we take care of all of that – and if a warranty repair is needed, we handle the claim and the work here.
I didn’t buy my Auto-Trail from you. Can you still service it?
Yes. You don’t need to go back to the dealer you bought from.
What if my damp check finds a problem?
We’ll show you the readings and explain what they mean. If it’s a warranty matter, we raise the claim with Auto-Trail for you and carry out the repair once it’s authorised.
How soon can you fit me in?
