Does it matter where I get my Elddis serviced?
Your annual service and damp check must be done on time by a workshop Elddis recognises. The difference with us is what happens if the service finds a problem: as an approved Elddis / Erwin Hymer Group service centre, we can carry out the warranty repair here and claim it directly from Erwin Hymer – so there’s no need to take your van elsewhere or chase the factory yourself.
I didn’t buy my Elddis from you. Can you still service it?
Yes. You don’t need to go back to the dealer you bought from – any approved Elddis service centre can carry out your annual service.
What if my damp check finds a problem?
We’ll show you the readings and explain what they mean. If it’s a warranty matter, we raise the claim with Erwin Hymer for you and carry out the repair.
