How the MB&G Warranty Process Works

  1. Send your details – MB&G policy number, vehicle, mileage, symptoms and any photos. We’ll confirm the best route.
  2. Book inspection – your caravan or motorhome comes into our AWS-approved workshop for diagnostics and checks.
  3. Report & decision – we send MB&G a report with photos and costs, then explain their decision, any allowances and any contribution required from you.
  4. Repair & sign-off – we complete the agreed work, test systems and go through the repair with you when you collect the vehicle.

Timescales depend on claim approval and parts lead time. We’ll outline likely timings when you book and keep you updated during the claim.

To get started, we’ll ask for: your MB&G policy number, level of cover, vehicle details, current mileage and a brief description of the fault, plus any photos or videos. This helps us prepare a clearer report and can shorten workshop time.
