How the WSG Warranty Process Works

  1. Send your details – policy number, level of cover, vehicle, mileage, symptoms and any photos or videos.
  2. Book inspection – your caravan or motorhome comes into our AWS-approved workshop for diagnostics and checks.
  3. Report & decision – we send WSG a report with photos and costs, then explain their decision and any contributions or exclusions.
  4. Repair & sign-off – once authorised, we complete the agreed work, test systems and go through the repair with you at collection.

Lead times depend on claim approval and parts availability. We’ll outline expected timings when you book and keep you updated as the claim progresses.

To get started, we’ll ask for: your WSG policy number, level of cover, vehicle details, mileage and a short description of the fault, plus any photos or videos. This helps us prepare a clearer report and can reduce the time your vehicle spends in the workshop.
