Diagnostics, parts replacement and commissioning checks for Alde heating & hot water systems in caravans and motorhomes. Where eligible, we can coordinate a warranty claim with your provider.
Helpful info to include: vehicle make/model, Alde model and serial number, a brief description of the fault, and links to any photos.
Typical Alde Work We Carry Out
- Fault-finding and error code investigation
- Circulation pumps, sensors, PCBs and control panels
- Fluid replacement, bleeding and recommissioning
- Radiator / pipework checks and leak investigation
- Safety, performance and hot-water temperature checks
If It’s a Warranty Claim
- We carry out diagnostics and take photos (AWS standard report).
- With your permission, we liaise with your warranty provider or dealer for authorisation.
- Once approved, we fit parts, test the system and provide documentation for your records.
