How the Autoguard Warranty Process Works
- Share your details – policy number, vehicle, symptoms and any photos. We’ll confirm whether it looks like a warranty route.
- Book inspection – your caravan or motorhome comes into our AWS-approved workshop for diagnostics and moisture checks where relevant.
- Report & authorisation – we prepare a report with photos and costs, then liaise with Autoguard for a decision and clarify any contribution or exclusions with you.
- Repair & handover – once authorised, we carry out the work, test everything and go through the repair with you at collection.
Timeframes depend on claim approval and parts availability. We’ll outline expected lead times when you book and keep you updated during the claim.
