Can I reschedule if my plans change?
Yes. Give us at least 48 hours’ notice and we’ll move your booking to another available slot.
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are deducted from your final invoice. Refunds are available if you cancel with 48+ hours’ notice. Inside 48 hours we’ll move you to another slot.
Will you remind me next year?
Absolutely — if you opt in during booking, we’ll email/SMS you when your next service is due. You can opt out anytime.
