How the Engineer Aftercare Warranty Process Works
- Send your details – policy number, level of cover, vehicle, mileage, symptoms and any photos or videos.
- Book inspection – your caravan or motorhome comes into our AWS-approved workshop for diagnostics and checks.
- Report & decision – we send Engineer Aftercare a report with photos and costs, then explain their decision and any contributions or exclusions.
- Repair & sign-off – once authorised, we complete the agreed work, test systems and go through the repair with you at collection.
Lead times depend on claim approval and parts availability. We’ll outline expected timings when you book and keep you updated as the claim progresses.
