How the Truma Warranty Process Works
- Book Assessment – tell us the Truma model, symptoms and whether it’s warranty or not. We arrange a workshop visit.
- Diagnostics & Report – we run tests, confirm the fault and document the findings, parts and labour required.
- Approval & Parts – for warranty work we liaise with the relevant party and order genuine Truma parts.
- Repair & Sign-off – equipment is repaired, safety-checked and function-tested with you before handover.
