How the Claims-Assessed Process Works

  1. Initial Contact – you or your insurer/assessor get in touch and provide basic claim details.
  2. Inspection & Report – we assess the caravan, take photos, gather evidence and prepare a report.
  3. Approval & Booking – once scope and costs are agreed, we arrange your repair dates.
  4. Repair & Completion – work is completed, safety-checked and documented, and we walk you round at collection.

We will explain any excess, contributions or exclusions before work begins.
