Booking a caravan or motorhome?

Our booking software was originally built for car garages, so it still asks for things like fuel type and engine size. For caravans and motorhomes, please use the fields like this:

Vehicle registration: enter N/A (or your tow car reg if you prefer).
Make & model: you can either enter your caravan/motorhome make and model (e.g. Bailey Unicorn Cartagena) or use N/A and put full details in the Notes box.
Fuel type: choose any option – it doesn’t affect caravan/motorhome bookings.
Engine size: enter at least 1200 (the system requires a minimum value).

In the Notes box, please add anything useful – caravan/motorhome year, layout, known issues (e.g. damp, soft floor), access notes, or insurance claim details.

Why does it ask for fuel type and engine size?

The booking system was originally designed for car garages. For caravans and motorhomes these fields don’t affect your booking – they’re just required by the software. Use N/A for registration, your caravan/motorhome make & model (or N/A) in the relevant boxes, any fuel type, and at least 1200 for engine size.

Can I reschedule if my plans change?

Yes. Give us as much notice as you can and we’ll move your booking to another available slot.

Will you remind me next year?

Absolutely — if you opt in during booking, we’ll email/SMS you when your next service is due. You can opt out anytime.
