How Claims & Repairs Work
- Inspection & report. We assess the fault and produce an AWS-standard report with photos.
- Authorisation. We liaise directly with your provider for approval and keep you updated.
- Repairs & paperwork. We complete the work and invoice the provider where eligible. Any customer excess or exclusions are confirmed upfront.
